Marelli desk fan black painted metal base and frame with four brass blades. good working order. Oscillating 3 speed. Some paint loss to stem base. Super looking fan which we have had re-wired and comes with transformer and PAT test. Measures 51 cm high x 43 cm wide x 26 cm deep
